Hurt and Disgusted

Imagine how I felt with the kids arrived today (yay!) to hear all the horrible things (lies) that are being said about my by my father and his “girlfriend.” I’m somewhere between being very hurt and totally disgusted. We haven’t spoken since sometime in April, and have had no communication since the nasty email on April 17.
Certainly lets me know where things stand though doesn’t it?
In a nicer surprise, their other grandma sent a lovely graduation card. No doubt it will be the only one I receive from anyone approaching family. Still, I appreciated it greatly.
