Aren’t You Supposed to Change Your License Plates When You Move to a New State?

January 1st, 2008   Filed under: Everyday life, Life in Arizona, Pets, School

Sometimes it’s hard for me to remember what state I live in…especially when I go to the grocery store and see nothing but not-Arizona plates in the parking lot.

As I was driving home I noticed only one car in the school parking lot and so I went into the office this morning for a little while to pick up some papers I need to complete a project for school. The Christmas tree and office window lights were on when I went in which means they’d probably been on since the 21st. While I was there I took down some of the Christmas decorations and put up a new border on the office bulletin board. Most I did the latter so it wouldn’t take someone else the better part of a day doing it. I also took the tree down and left it neatly on the floor…I couldn’t find the box, and it wasn’t where I suggested it be stored.

It’s windy today…which means Lucy is barking at “noises” thinking someone is around. Since the wind has brought warmer (in the 70sF) temperatures, I’m not complaining.
