Oh, It Felt Like a Monday Today
My laptop cord went kaput this morning. Finding an ac adapter was not nearly as simple (or inexpensive) as I would have thought it should be. The universal adapter I purchased did not work. So I’ll have to return it tomorrow and then order one directly from the manufacturer. Frustrating, but thankfully I have a backup computer to use. It’s just not the same as “my” laptop.
I was outside with the dogs this afternoon when the boyfriend to the neighbor told a barking Luke he hoped he f****** died. The looks on both his face and the neighbor’s when I went around the corner were quite priceless. It’s not a battle I care to fight at the moment and so I just raised my eyebrow a bit and then walked back around the shed with the dogs in tow. Now it’s not Luke’s fault if he had a bad day at work. He’s never been very friendly and so I wasn’t actually surprised by the incident.

I really hope he isn’t the reason Luke has been limping. People who yell at animals like that usually try to hurt them too. What a jerk.
