It’s Finally Game Day
It’s been interesting watching all of the goings-on leading up to the Super Bowl today. My original intentions were not to go near Glendale this weekend, but I ended up venturing out Friday night and then again Saturday. Friday night the blimp was lit up over the stadium, and of course the NFL Experience was a must-see experience for many. One of the people John works with had a family member actually flying in just for the NFL Experience. Pretty much from what I can tell, it’s been a big party for everyone involved, including all the golfers in town for the FBR.
I have to wonder how hard it is for the teams to stay focused on the game and not get caught up in all the type leading up to it. I guess we’ll find out how well they were able to do that before long.
It’s less than an hour and a half to game time, and within another 4-5 hours the winner should be decided.
Personally, I’m ready for it to be over.
