The weather people said it was going to rain today. 60% chance of rain to be exact, which is pretty high for here. So far, it’s only sprinkled at my house, but given the red bar going across the bottom the tv warning of flooding and winter storms, it must be raining/snowing in the greater area. While I can’t complain about rain because we generally always need some, I do get tired of the muddy pawprints that come inside when it’s been raining. Luke and Cotton couldn’t be any different in their views on rain either…Cotton loves it. He plays in it, rolls in the mud if I’m not watching, and just generally has a good time in the rain. Luke, on the other hand, appears to find it excruciating to get his paws wet. He moves very gingerly on anything wet and gets back to dry ground as quickly as possible. It surprises me because as brothers, raised together, I would have thought they’d either both like it or not like it. I guess it just proves that dogs too have distinct personalities.
