It’s the Best Time of Year for Coffee Outside
I like to sit outside in the morning drinking coffee, reading the paper, and enjoying the cool of the early summer mornings. Since it’s already 83F (at 8:55 am) it’s a safe bet it’s going to be quite warm out today. While I was enjoying the morning, and the boys wrestling around in the yard, I noticed several hummingbirds around the feeder and the honeysuckle bushes. It’s fascinating to me how bold they are, as a few came quite close to me. Yes, I know they’re much faster than I realize, but still, as tiny as they are I would still think they’d avoid people and animals.
Anyway, the mornings are lovely this time of year. Made possible by the fact that it’s rapidly approaching summer which means it’s lighter earlier which also means it’s possible to enjoy an outdoor morning before leaving for work.
That looks like a nice place to enjoy your morning coffee! You’ll have to try and capture a photo of the hummingbirds.

I love the start of summer too! It’s not too unbareably hot yet, and when I leave work in the evening there is still enough time to sit outside or go out on the boat and enjoy some daylight.
I am with you! I LOVE early mornings outside, sipping on some coffee before getting started with my day. Of course, that time here is gone. It is SO humid out, pretty much all the time here now. YUK.
