My tomato and basil plants are blooming. In November. Yet another reason why I enjoy living in Arizona.

ah, that’s awesome! i had a basil plant in a pot out back but the rabbits ate it all. i have an open backyard to the canyon, so maybe i’ll get a basil plant for the kitchen window sill.

My basil plant died with the first frost not long ago but the rosemary looks pretty hearty. We’ll see if it lasts through a Minnesota winter!

I love growing basil indoors in pots and using it all winter in different recipes. Wish I could do the same with tomatoes. Lucky you to be able to grow both all year long.
