Need Business Cards?

June 22nd, 2008   Filed under: PPP, Sponsored Post

When I received my promotion a little over a year ago, one of my first concerns was business cards and supplies. The ones provided were (to put it bluntly) very generic (ugly) and I didn’t want to use them. The design did not reflect me, my position, or even my field very well at all.

I received permission to get my own business cards, and so I began searching the internet for a site to meet my needs. One of the first sites I encountered was VistaPrint.

VistaPrint offers a wide array of printing services including: business cards, checks, rubber stamps, announcements, and car magnets! You can customize all of their products to your liking!

The site is very user friendly! With their business card wizard I was able to create business cards, and matching stationary perfectly suited to my position. They have a very good selection of designs and clip art, but if you can’t find what you need, there’s also an upload option to more personally customize what you need.

VistaPrint’s customer service is also very good. I received my order promptly and was very pleased with the quality of the business cards and stationary I ordered. So much so, that I’ve referred VistaPrint to more than one of my colleagues.

Healthcare Marketing Report

March 21st, 2008   Filed under: PPP, Sponsored Post

Anyone who takes prescription medication owes it to himself/herself to stay current on trends in the pharmaceutical world as a means to remain informed on the side effects of the medication, both short term and long term, as well as new treatment options. The healthcare marketing report is one way that pharmaceutical companies and consumers are able to stay abreast of new developments in drug treatment as well as to know which medications/prescriptions/drug therapies are in high demand. In the disease-specific and industry reports section you can search either by therapeutic area or by industry topic. Under each therapeutic area is a list of current reports for that specific disease. The reports are as recent as the current month, which lets the reader know that the latest information available on the site.

Planning for Retirement

The older I get, and the more I hear my nearing retirement age friends talk about their plans for surviving financially after retiring, the more important I realize it is to find high yield investment. I don’t know about most people, but I would definitely need financial and investment advice, and Diamond Bay appears to have some great advice and products for the novice, as well as experienced, trust deed investor. Some of the services they offer include:

  • All loan underwriting and processing
  • Title and escrow
  • Hazard and flood insurance when necessary
  • Current tax payment verification
  • Appraisal orders and receipts
  • Constant investor satisfaction is endorsed by support via phone, fax, Web, and consultation

Rodeo Time

February 4th, 2008   Filed under: PPP, Sponsored Post

One of the teachers I work with is a barrel racer. She competes in rodeos all over the country and she’ll be attending, and hopefully competing at the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (NFR) in Las Vegas in December. She’s an inspiration to everyone that knows her, having beaten non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. She always credits her passion for the rodeo for keeping her focused and in shape as she battled the disease. Along with her several of my other colleagues regularly attend rodeos, including the NFR.

This past weekend was the local rodeo and everyone there seemed to have a blast. There was another BIG event in Phoenix this past weekend and it served as a reminder of how important it is to purchase tickets to big events as early as possible. While I’ve never been to the NFR before, I think it would be a great experience to attend, especially since it is in Las Vegas this year. WNFR Tickets are available now and it is a great time to plan for the event. It runs from Thursday December 4 through Sunday December 13. With so many days available, scheduling the trip and getting the tickets should be a breeze. Who knows…maybe I’ll be able to see my friend there competing as well.

PayPerPost

I signed up for PayPerPost for this blog. I have used it on previous blogs and have found it a good way to make some extra cash. I know there are other money making ventures for a blogger to use, but I like the blog ethics that PayPerPost requires. As a blogger who gets paid for some posts, I have a Disclosure Policy for my site. Any post I make for monetary gain will also be categorized as such (PPP or sponsored post). Some posts will have their own disclosure badges as well.

Why PayPerPost? I have several blogger friends who use it very successfully to make some extra cash. I can’t honestly say I know anyone who can’t use some extra cash. I plan to do some home improvements with the money I earn, including putting up a privacy fence to keep my dogs safer.

The best part? PayPerPost is easy to use. You submit your blog, wait for approval, and then get started finding and taking available opportunities. I was pleasantly surprised at the number of opportunities I found available to me, which only increased after my first post was approved. PayPerPost is simple to use and it’s blogger friendly. What more could you ask for? Stop by PayPerPost and sign up today.
